Aisling holds a Level 5 CIPD in People Management and is also a trained and experienced workplace mediator, supporting organisations to resolve conflicts and build stronger working relationships.

The Helpful HR People was created when Aisling recognised that many small businesses should be able to access quality, reliable HR support and advice, without having to spend more than they need.
